19 year-old Lupe has been locked in a bathroom since she was a little girl. She is guarded by three mysterious unseen "keepers", who provide food, books, and occasional company. After 17 years of holding the girl hostage, they've fallen into a comfortable routine. But one sleepless night, Lupe discovers why she's been locked away all her life, and everything changes.
