Anyone can tri

Bought this book after a new year's resolutionary dare with a friend. We both did our first Sprint after following the 12 week plan and it was an amazing experience. Loads of tips and advice that seems alien when you first read it (like the swimming section) but when you put it into practice it works well. Transition tips were the best for me, my friend was 2 minutes faster in the Swim but I easily caught him with a well rehearsed T1. Planning the next one now!
