When you feel that the connection with a Twin Flame is real, you go through different stages of accepting all the emotions. This is why I advise fellow Twin Flames who are runners to accept the nature of the connection no matter how uncomfortable the feelings are.

I have learned that the Twin Flame connection is all about finding the balance between holding and letting go -- Once you are triggered into the awakening, there is no turning back to how you used to know life. You must adapt to the flow and keep moving forward.

Once you let yourself feel the uncomfortable feelings that a Twin Flame triggers within you -- accept your new reality.

The reason why you deny the connection is because you know within you that it is real. You sometimes feel cursed because you cannot control how you feel.

At some point, you will have to confront the situation and your Twin Flame. You will have to look into their eyes again -- you will still feel triggered into chasing or running if you are not yet healed.

The truth is that if your Twin Flame is real, he or she will return -- this is a very uncomfortable reality to accept.

For me, I sometimes feel ready to see him but then when I analyze my situation more, I still see so many changes that I have to make even though I do my best every day to prepare for the reunion.

I feel nervous when I think of moving continents; I know that it is going to happen. I feel anxious when I think of restarting my life again with him. I worry about the uncertainty of the future.

I just have to give it a shot I guess.
