At 11:06am, all the cats of Pearl Falls, Vermont disappeared.

They yowled like they were possessed, broke windows, busted screens, and escaped their homes. They took to the streets as if running toward something. Or running from something. And what's even stranger is that they seem to have coordinated the removal of each other's tracking chips.
Three autistic people went missing as well.
Special Agent Sloane is tasked with supervising Agent Ashraf in her first case concerning the strange and unusual. Ashraf is a mysterious and methodical woman. Like Sloane, she's used to being in charge from her years with Mossad, ATF, and the CIA. They must learn to work together to save the cats, the missing people, and the entire town of Pearl Falls from the creatures that have found their way to it.
