About the Author
Tyler the Tyrannosaurus Makes New Friends is Victor Puksta’s debut entry into writing and illustrating.
As a young child, he developed a passion for art and illustration learning drawing with his mom by copying his favorite cartoon characters. Like many children, Victor struggled with bullying and self-image throughout school, always looking for acceptance. In college, he met his future roommates through a shared love of swimming. This group, Tyler, Ben, Sonja, and Joon Ho taught Victor the importance of a strong self-identity and demonstrated how great friends can help you through the toughest challenges. They would inspire the story of Tyler’s search for friendship.
Victor now works in technology in the Greater Boston area where he lives with his wife, son, and their two dogs.
