Phenomenal!
Ultimate Sacrifice is book 1 in the new Men of Courage series by KC Lynn and follows Austin and Zoey’s story.
Austin has wanted to be more than friends with best friend Zoey for a while, but she’s always been adamant that she doesn’t have time to dedicate to her love life. Austin is determined to prove her wrong.
Zoey has been in love with Austin for a long time, but knows she can’t have him. She dedicates all her time to running her beloved bar and helping take care of her sister who is sick.
After she manages to bag a date with Austin in a charity auction, she tells him she only has one night, so Austin vows to make it count. But after one night, Austin knows it will never be enough and sets out to show her that she doesn’t need to make the ultimate sacrifice, he shows her that she can have both.
I was addicted to this book from the very first page and found it impossible to put down! This was the perfect friends to lovers story, and it had me swooning permanently right til the end.
KC’s writes her men 100% alpha, but I wasn’t quite prepared for the other side of Austin. The way he so naturally became protective of both Zoey and Chrissy Just melted my heart.
There is a big suspenseful twist that I wasn’t expecting too, which Kept me gripped throughout the story. Her words are passionate, raw, emotional and heartfelt and never cease to amaze me, and I can wait for the next book in the series for the back story to continue.

Ultimately Wonderful
I’ve been eagerly anticipating this book and wow it didn’t disappoint. This is a story full of love, compassion, determination and basically anything else you can think of. Austin and Zoey are two characters who will completely own your heart, not to mention the other smaller characters too. Get the tissues at the ready because I have no doubt that the words written my KC Lynn will totally touch your soul.
