Christine Caine addresses the issue of shame with such a precise and knowledgeable approach that anyone can relate to, especially females. This book has been key to freeing the state of my mind and I can't wait to read it over and over again. I found it very easy to read and so uplifting it's impossible to remain with a shackled mind or thoughts, I'm sure the follow-up daily study guide will be the best!
