It's a period of Potato unrest. Underground Potatoes, striking from a hidden base, have won their first victory against the evil Jacket Potato Empire that would seek to gut everything that real potatoes stand for.

Swearing an eye for an eye, Skin-Spies have managed to steal secret plans to the Empire's ultimate weapon, the Potato Masher, which has enough power to crush free potatoes everywhere.

Pursued by Jacket sinister agents, Princess Linzer races home aboard her steamed ship, custodian of the stolen plans that can save her potatoes and restore fresh and wholesome food to the galaxy....
