Unexpected Findings

Thirteen-year-old LaTeesha Baxter (Tess), a runaway foster youth, is struggling to survive on her own when she meets Irv, an 85-year-old widower with a hoarding problem and a reluctance to leave his house. The two eventually find that by overcoming their mutual mistrust, they can each gain from the relationship. When Irv has a stroke and Tess disappears, the tension rises.
