Excellent book, very honest account of a great sportsman who suffered, not least from the UK media who are almost waiting for people to fail.
Would thoroughly recommend. Jonathan Trott comes across as a great guy and the comments from others; his wife, KP, Andrew Strauss, Alastair Cook, Andy Flower etc, assist with the flow of the book and provide another view of what Jonathan Trott was going through.
Fantastic and insightful
Great read and I really interesting view of the sacrifices that we have to make in life to achieve the things that we want to tick off as completed or accomplished.

A book that all young sportsmen and women should read. It gives an insight into the pressures that come with playing at the top. It is a book that shows courage, humility and honesty. It shows us that we should be mindful of how much we expect of our (heroes). Any book that makes you smile, cry, want to read it out loud to others is worth reading. This book does all those things. Will professional book critics find things to criticise? Yes I am sure they will, in that respect they are like many sports commentators. But I enjoyed this book and learned some things along the way. I hope one day I have the opportunity to thank Jonathan Trott in person.
