Uranium Days

The emotional impact of Albino Carrillo’s poetry is imparted with the rhythm and the nuances of a thunderstorm. Rumble of clouds, then lightning, without strain, his words bring a rush of excitement then reflection that is not like anything I’ve read before.

Uranium Days is a book of poems that stands in brilliant mundane detail while opening the reader’s mind and heart with a sudden high strangeness of distant music and starkly present landscapes.
