An angry mob of villagers attacked Castle Abaddon. During the siege a decrepit thaumaturge released his minion, the product of a spell gone wrong, into the Black Forest. The Spell Master entrusted the reluctant and loathsome creature with his most precious treasure, to protect and preserve for all of eternity.
