Waiting for a Reason

When Heather Martinez breaks up with Christina, she feels like all hope is lost when it comes to love.She dismisses her intention to get married and her plans on starting a family seem dismal. Heather starts preparing herself for a life of lonesome, realizing that there might not be any other way. Then, a chance encounter changes her mind.

After meeting a stranger in the park, she finds herself on an adventure that she could never have prepared for. She is thrown into the world of celebrity bliss, finding out that the height of popularity also comes with major consequences when the notierity that occurs with fame knocks at her door.

As Heather navigates this new chapter of her life, she realizes that her past relationship severed her trust, and in order to be with anyone new, she must be able to open her heart and have confidence in someone else. This means being able to give up the control that she always had. Heather battles the inner conflicts of adapting to this new challenge, but one situation almost ends it all. Will Heather be able to give her new love what she needs, or will her behavior be the one thing that chases the other woman away?
