The reading of War and Peace is a lifetime experience
It took me a week short of four months of reading every day approx 1%. Back in February I needed something beyond reproach and picked this work of Tolstoy, which is I feel a must for anyone who calls himself or herself a reader. Doubtlessly, unquestionably, when I felt I needed a work beyond reproach this is the first book that came to my mind. And I have remained and still am completely firm in this selection, reading through these pages I have soared and soared, what an honour it is to read War and Peace.
