Weldon-Francke v. Fisher

A nonresident attorney and her nonresident law firm bring this interlocutory appeal from the trial courts order denying their joint special appearance in a lawsuit filed against them by clients living in Texas. We reverse the trial courts order and remand with instructions to the trial court to dismiss the claims against both defendants for lack of personal jurisdiction.
