He was awful!
I hated the main male lead! Not only was he a spoilt and selfish man he was also a wimp. What he did to the heroine and how he let everyone talk bad about her was too cowardly and cruel for me to ever like this guy. I think sometimes when a character has as much flaws as this guy did it’s beyond a point when he can be redeemable. The heroine was a much more forgiving person than I would ever be. My low rating is not for the writing which was actually good but for Jake. Again he was too awful to ever root for and I actually felt sad that heroine was going to end up with him.....this from someone who always wants a HEA!
