Great story
Cannot fault the story, I'm loving getting to know these characters and I'm easily drawn into the plot.
However, the grammatical errors in the book make me cringe! Should've been thoroughly checked before being published.
I don’t enjoy fiction which suggests rape is desirable.
I was enjoying this series as a sort of easy-read fun story until the main character decided she was going to ‘rape him tonight. Rape and pillage’ then I thought ‘I’m out.’ I understand it’s just a ‘joke’ in her inner monologue but found it quite triggering.
It’s funny because I read this a few years ago and as I opened up my eBooks and restarted the series I thought ‘I wonder why I didn’t finish these books?’ And as I reached this point I realised why.
