Selby1 ,

This is a good book!

I really enjoyed this book, it’s an easy to read book that explains neuroscience and psychology, rolled into a lovely self-help book. the first few chapters really focus on an understanding of how your brain works so you can combat bad habits. And increase the desire to do better habits. There are some great tasks and advise to do in there. Towards the end of the book it’s more about improving relationships and leaderships, unfortunately I couldn’t relate to this part of the book and found it less useful for me personally. But overall it’s a good easy read and some practical self help advise in there. Worth the price that’s for sure!
