Publisher Description
Fall in love with the Stone-Princes in this angsty and addictive new adult romance series from bestselling author L A Cotton.
When seventeen-year-old Eloise Stone finds herself halfway across the world, moving into her uncle's pool house, she expects things to be ... awkward. She doesn't expect to come face-to-face with the boy from last summer. The boy who made her feel things she'd never felt before. But a year is a long time, and Lo isn't the girl she was then. Besides, they're family now.
It's weird.
Maverick Prince acts as if he doesn't remember her, treating Lo like nothing more than an annoying younger sister, and not in a 'he cares' way, just in a 'he's an arsehole' way. One thing's for sure, he isn't just dangerous for her sanity--he's hazardous for her heart.
Lo thought moving to Wicked Bay was the worst of her problems, but as life begins to unravel around her, she's going to find out it's only the beginning...

Customer Reviews
4.5 Stars!!!
I really enjoyed this story. I loved that Mav and Lo had a connection before and I absolutely loved Kyle’s character. He made me laugh and I loved his bond with all the characters.
Amazing Book
In a real fan of this author, her stories always pull me in I just love her writing style.
I went through a range of emotions whilst reading, I was intrigued frustrated angry. I flipped between wanting to scream and wanting to slap some characters, yes the author almost brought me to
physical violence.
Eloise\Lo has moved to the US with her father for a fresh start where they will be staying with relatives. I'm going to be upfront her dad is a total waste of space I wanted to throat punch him. Lo I just loved she's a great female character, she's still dealing with past events but she's opinionated & feisty and I spent most of the story wanting to hug her.
Maverick/Rick aaah ! He's what I would call deep and complicated and infuriating ..... but I fell hard for him. He's a character that little by little draws you in to his web, you know he's bad for you but you only live once right ?
This is a story built on layers of secrets, just as one is answered another puzzle is found. I couldn't stop reading I wanted to know what was going to happen next. Family... friends... enemies it's hard to know who to trust. I'm left with so many questions bring on book two.
Phenomenal start to another great series
I fell in love with LA Cotton's style of writing with the Chastity Falls series but this new series is now my favourite obsession! Brilliant storyline of teenage angst, passion, family, loyalty an betrayals. You really feel all the emotions in this book. LA Cotton certainly knows how to write characters you love and become invested in and a storyline you become addicted to, wanting to know how it plays out, what the secrets are and who can be trusted!
Give me a hot and sexy bad boy, who is unapproachable and sizzling with red hot chemistry and that's my perfect book boyfriend and that is precisely what you have in Maverick! The push/pull between Maverick and Lo is addictive reading that has you devouring each page unable to put it down until you finish!
Lo, I loved her, she is feisty and has such fire in her considering everything she's been through.
I can't wait for the next book, especially after that ending, its not a cliffhanger but it totally leaves you wanting more NOW!
