On March 11, 1970, William Wold was found guilty by a jury of taking indecent liberties with a five-year-old girl (sec. 944.11, Stats. 1967). He was sentenced by the court to the Wisconsin State Prison for an indeterminate term not to exceed five years. Wolds motion for a new trial was denied and he now attacks his conviction by writ of error.
