I never leave reviews but this is spot on
I know i love too much and too hard and never really understood why i cant let go of bad relationships even though i know they are wrong but every thing i read in this book screams at me that this is me! I had a difficult upbringing and never felt loved and always thought if i done more, tried harder than i can make them love me. This book really is helping me understand why i am the way i am. Very helpful
