Excellent
One of the best books I’ve read in a long time
Lots of twists to this
Ok so a fairly alright read - long winded and a bit slow in parts and tense in others. I got a bit frustrated with where it was going at times - lots of twists in it some of which were clever while others were just a bit too far fetched to be believable - felt it didn’t really tie up all the loose ends by the time I’d finished the book and it left me with many unanswered questions. Those story lines that were explained lacked credibility to some degree and I found myself thinking “that just would not happen” - but over all ok.
4.5* really
rounded up to 5* because it was a gripping read. Aspects of the story are implausible but necessary to create the mystery.
It is a well written book, told in the first person by three people. I worried at first that this was confusing but within a paragraph or so of each chapter it was obvious who was continuing their story.
I read this book within two days.
