We're a group of eight teenagers, who have come to realise that being a teenager isn't always easy - we're sure you know what we're talking about! So, we got together and wrote this book, especially for you. That's right - you! It's for those Blue Days when you feel down and you need a friend. Whatever you are feeling or experiencing, rest assured we've all been there too. Honestly, we know just how blue you can get. This book is about our personal experiences, so you'll never feel like you're on your own. What's more, it's full of all sorts of tips and ideas you can use to help yourself feel better.
