Disappointing
I am on a journey, learning about carbs and the GI index impact on my body. I understand this is a pocket guide however I was really disappointed when I flicked through looking for the GI index in the book and there was none. To be told find one and study it was not what I was looking for, I wanted a book I could refer to on my iPad. £1.99 down the drain, as I knew most of the information in the book.
