Jack finds himself stuck within a waking nightmare. He’s alone, his powers don’t work, and the exam is just beginning. 

In part one of a two-part story highlighting the reluctant agent, Jack has to navigate surroundings that just might be alien in more ways than one. He needs to find the kid and get out before it’s too late, but the creatures who’ve taken him are not only immune to his powers, they have some of their own, and Jack is helpless against them.
