The neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP) is an approach to comunication and personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler including John Grinder in California and the United States in the 1970s. Its creators claim that there is a connection between neurological processes (neuro) and language (linguistic) and behavioral patterns learned through experience (programming), and stating that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.
