Order, insofar as appealed from, unanimously modified by granting the motion for summary judgment by plaintiffs A.B. Medical Services PLLC, D.A.V. Chiropractic P.C. and Daniel Kims Acupuncture P.C. and matter remanded to the court below for a calculation of statutory interest and an assessment of attorneys fees thereon, and upon searching the record, summary judgment is granted in favor of defendant dismissing the cause of action by plaintiff Square Synagogue Transportation Inc.; as so modified, affirmed without costs.
