Avoiding threats and exploiting opportunities in Projects

In this book, we shall define the main idea, requirement, and steps in developing a plan for managing risks. The plan shall include the ways in identifying risks and theoretical ways of analyzing them. The plan includes risk response strategies and techniques in implementing response strategies. Our key focus will be on monitoring risks in general by reducing the impact of negative risks and increasing the opportunities due to positive risk.
