December 31, 2008…Stephanie’s contractions begin. Although her pregnancy is medically fine and on time, she had been suffering from fear of childbirth for months but she can’t do anything else but submit to the process. After twenty grueling hours in the labor room, at a quarter past eleven in the evening at the local hospital, her daughter, Sterre, is born.
