Cracks in the Vow Six Stories of Love's Demise

Fairy tails always in with the words, "and they lived happily ever after".  Unfortunately, real life is not a fairy tale. 

Roger Strong stood in front of the large, ornate doors of his mansion, his arms outstretched as if welcoming the world. He took a deep breath, the crisp autumn air filling his lungs with a sense of satisfaction. Everything was falling into place, just as he had planned.

He turned to face his newest guests, a young couple in their early twenties. The bride, a delicate beauty with long blonde hair and sparkling blue eyes, clung to her fiancé's arm, her excitement palpable.

"Welcome to my home, my dear friends," Roger said, his voice smooth and inviting. "I am so pleased to have you here."

The groom, a tall and handsome man with a confident stride, smiled at Roger. "Thank you for having us, Mr. Strong. Your reputation precedes you."

Roger chuckled, his blue eyes twinkling with amusement. "Please, call me Roger. I insist."

The bride blushed, her gaze flickering between Roger and her new husband "It's an honor to meet you, Roger. Your home is absolutely stunning."

Roger's lips curved into a smile, his charm radiating from him like a warm sun. "Thank you, my dear. I take great pride in my home. And I assure you, your stay here will be nothing short of perfection."

The couple exchanged a look of awe, their excitement growing at the thought of spending their honeymoon in such a luxurious setting.

Roger ushered them inside, his hand lightly resting on the small of the bride's back. "Please, make yourselves at home. The staff will take care of your luggage and show you to your rooms."

As the couple marveled at their surroundings, Roger made his way to the grand staircase, his mind buzzing with anticipation. He couldn't believe his luck. Everything had fallen into place so perfectly as if fate itself was on his side.

He had been planning this for years, patiently biding his time until the right opportunity presented itself. And when he heard about this young couple, their impending wedding, and their dream of a luxurious honeymoon, he knew it was the perfect opportunity to put his plan into action.

Roger had always been drawn to young, innocent women. There was something about their naivety and vulnerability that fueled his desires. And he had found a way to fulfill those desires without any consequences.

He had built his fortune on the promise of extravagant vacations to young couples, offering them the perfect escape from their mundane lives. What they didn't know was that his true intention was to seduce the bride before the consummation of her marriage.
