Cedar Falls was about to have another wedding. This one would rival the first multi-couple one during Tying the Knot. Instead of nine couples, there are twelve. But there was one other difference: Jesse Grant was mayor, which meant he planned on turning the wedding into a weekend Wedding Festival. The only problem?
