DanThy Nguyen’s journey of change started twenty-two years ago. The catalyst was a near-fatal car accident. She remained in intensive care for six weeks, and medical personnel gave her little hope of survival. DanThy pulled through, but she did not come out unscathed. Alongside the physical reminders of the crash, she suffered an emotional toll.
