Five Little Peppers Midway

Margaret Sidney was an American author best known for writing the classic Five Little Peppers series.  Sidney wrote a total of twelve books on the lives of the five children born into poverty in a little brown house.

Five Little Peppers Midway is the second novel in the series.  The action picks up five years after the first book ended as the family's fortunes have turned around now that they are living with Mr. King.
