Going to the Cattle Yards

The Worth family are getting ready to tag, drench and mark their cattle and calves. It’s a busy time in the cattle yards and everyone pitches in to help out.


The 2014 “Farming Families” Enviro-Stories program had students from across north western New South Wales writing and illustrating books about farming. This was in support of the International Year of Family Farming. This program focussed on the knowledge that for our farms, towns and communities to survive we must work together to protect, preserve and support our local farming industry.
