Heart and Soulless

The year is 2089 and crime rates are at an all-time low. Utrecht is the largest remaining city in Europe, and it is the city of the future. An omniscient surveillance system has made murder almost impossible to get away with, leaving Merrick Whitfield as the last homicide detective in the quadrant.


His job is obsolete.


The system is perfect, but when a potentially unsolvable case leads to a powerful crime syndicate, the city may need more than just Merrick to protect it. Utrecht itself may be at stake when Merrick goes up against somebody who seems to be unstoppable, and rules will have to be broken.


Will justice prevail, or will Merrick have to sell his soul to save his city?
