Two more strangers pass her window not long after Handsome, twins with polar opposite dispositions and a frightening picture in the backseat of their car. It catches Marsha's eye and won't let her forget it.

She will follow "the twins" through terrain both familiar and strange. Visions will haunt her at every turn, putting her sanity and her resolve to the test.
