A driveway leading from a private parking lot onto a public highway held to be within the definition of ""private road or driveway"" contained in Minn. St. 1941, § 169.01, subd. 30 (Mason St. 1940 Supp. § 2720-151[29] 1; and trial court erred in refusing defendant's request for instructions with reference to the duties falling upon plaintiff, the driver of a vehicle thereon, as covered by § 169.20, subd. 4 (§ 2720-199).
