Kulbicki v. Maryland

Opinion by Bloom, J. Appellant, James Allen Kulbicki, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County of first degree murder and use of a handgun in the commission of a felony. Appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole for the murder conviction and to a consecutive prison term of twenty years for the handgun conviction. In this appeal from those judgments, appellant presents the following issues for our determination:
