L. C. Newcomb v. Paul E. Teske and Others

Action in the district court for St. Louis county to enjoin the village council of Hibbing from issuing a permit to the defendants Paul E. and Eva M. Teske to complete the remodeling into a dwelling house of a garage on their lot in said village. After findings for plaintiff, Edward Freeman, Judge, defendants Teske appealed from an order denying their motion for a new trial.
