Medical Informatics Medical Informatics

Publisher Description

Everything you need to know to pass the written part of the Medical Informatics course at the First Faculty of Charles University. I would suggest learning it carefully as there is currently a rule that if you pass the test with 100% then you do not have to take the practical part. It’s a supplementary subject worth 2 credits in which everything is very basic, especially if you have previous experience with computers, however many people in my year underestimated it and had to repeat it multiple times.

The whole thing is composed of definitions (most of them obtained from Wikipedia). Some of it is just common sense. Each chapter is only a page long for efficient memorising.

The practical part is typically composed of skills with Excel and Access.
