Patrice Hillman-After Dark

Patrice Hillman - the primary love-interest in the Ascension: Unspoken Book Series, is the wife of Tyshawn Hillman and represents the physical manifestations of the ancient Yoruba deity “Orisha”, “Oba” or “Tayewo-Oba” (associated to first-born of twins).


Tyshawn, himself endowed with the physical embodiment of “Shango” or ”Sango” the God of Lightening & Thunder, provides the common emotional Venus vs. Mars comparison in the husband-wife human condition.


But its their human characteristics and their emerging deity properties, which show Patrice and Tyshawn how closely their biology follows the Yorubaland (modern-day Nigeria) traditions; especially their association to Yoruba twin birth-rate. Yoruba maintains the worlds largest twin birth rate, producing 90–100 twins per 1,000 (live) births.
