Racism Through the Eyes of a White Woman

A young white girl was unexpectedly exposed to racism and questioningits existence, she began doing extensive research on slavery and theCivil Rights Movement. In the years to follow, she would beginspeaking out against it in spite of the consequences, which includedstrained relationships with her family and the act of risking her lifeto say that a Black man had as much right to go into a business as awhite person. It was after this event that she chose to get even moreinvolved and became an activist for other causes as well.
