Savage Deception

While waiting to be cleared of charges in the death of an unarmed suspect, dedicated FBI agent Tanner Savage dives into the investigation of Devil’s Breath, a drug that causes its victims to wander the street, delirious and unaware. When a series of murders point to Devil’s Breath as the weapon, whispers of cyberterrorism circulate.

The hunt for the killer leads beneath the city of Indianapolis, an underground world where drugs and humans are trafficked and souls are lost forever. There, Tanner encounters a much darker force guarding a vast criminal enterprise that threatens to undermine his career, beliefs, and psyche. 

When the woman who broke his heart years ago, Summer Zahn, is found bound and naked in an abandoned home, Tanner sacrifices his values and his lone-wolf lifestyle to assist her.

As the two events intertwine like the rope on a noose, Tanner discovers that playing by the rules will bury him in a labyrinth of deception.
