About the Author

After contracting shingles twice before the age of thirty, Victoria Smith knew she had to recalibrate her relationship to stress. Following her own wellness journey, Victoria became certified as a health and a life coach, focusing on stress management. As the founder of Stress Less Ladies Ltd, Victoria helps women to significantly reduce their stress so that they can thrive personally and professionally.
