T. O. Lowen v. W. R. Pates

Action in the district court for Ramsey county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff, a pedestrian, when struck by defendants auto. The case was tried before Albin S. Pearson, Judge, and a jury. At the close of plaintiffs case, the court directed a verdict for defendant, and plaintiff appealed from an order denying his motion for a new trial.
