T.R. v. Department of Children and Families

This appeal arises from a non-final order granting Thomas Schucks motion to suppress evidence, finding that Schucks Fourth Amendment right against an unreasonable search and seizure was violated when the officer stopped Schucks car for a broken taillight. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse.
