Taylor National v. Jensen Brothers

Plaintiff Taylor National, Inc. (hereinafter "Taylor"), a real estate broker, brought action to collect $8,400 as its commission for the sale of a house under a listing agreement executed by defendant Jensen Brothers Construction Company, a corporation (hereinafter "Jensen"), the owner of the property and contractor for the construction of the house. The listing agreement provided for payment of attorneys fees by a breaching party.
