Sherrie Taylor appeals from the decision of the trial court to grant a motion to dismiss her cause of action for medical malpractice based on the inadequacy of her expert report. Because the trial court did not abuse its discretion in determining that Taylor's expert report failed to comply with the statutory requirements established by the Medical Liability Insurance Improvement Act,*fn1 we affirm.
