Tharon Rawson v. United Steelworkers

This is an appeal from a district courts appellate decision upholding a magistrates order that denied a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The pro se petition was filed by Alex Lopez, an inmate at the Idaho State Correctional Institution (ISCI). Lopez alleges that he was denied due process in connection with a prison disciplinary proceeding at which he was found guilty of misconduct. For the reasons explained below, we affirm the decision of the magistrate.
