These historical escapades make enjoyable reading, yet by the book's conclusion, some protagonists have appeared too many times and seem drained. Ο Robert Greene κάνει αρκετά καλή περιγραφή και ανάλυση των διαχρονικών κανόνων της δύναμης, κατά δική του οργάνωση και ονοματοδοσία. Είναι όμως σημαντικό να γίνουν αντιληπτές οι διαφορές από τα ιστορικά παραδείγματα που έχει μέσα με τον τρόπο που λειτουργεί ο σημερινός κόσμος. Είναι εύκολο να απορροφηθεί κάποιος στο ρομαντισμό της ιδέας της δύναμης μέσα από αυτό το βιβλίο, όμως πρέπει να ληφθούν σοβαρά υπόψη οι συνθήκες αυτών των παραδειγμάτων και πόσο διαφορετικές είναι από το σήμερα.

Whether you are interested in power or not this book is an accurate description of the human psyche. Each law accompanied by a historical paradigm, it was a delight to read. It’s a timeless gem, always relevant and never tiresome. Essentially this book is a weapon. Whether you will use it for good or ill purposes or both it’s up to you. Enjoy.
